Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14.07.2026 · Applies to therollinghills.co
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Vongehr Ventures LTD, Georgiou Matsaki 4, Office 301, 6050 Larnaca, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with this website.
For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@therollinghills.co.
2. What Data We Collect
At this stage, this website collects the following personal data:
- Email address — when you voluntarily submit it through our "Notify me" signup form.
- Basic technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and general access logs, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, we will request your consent first.
3. Why We Process Your Data
We use your email address solely to notify you when The Rolling Hills Co. launches, and to send a confirmation message when you sign up. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.
Technical/log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use Mailchimp, provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, to store subscriber email addresses and send confirmation and launch-notification emails. Mailchimp acts as our data processor and only processes your data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. As Mailchimp is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; Mailchimp participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard such transfers.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send, or by contacting us directly.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@therollinghills.co.
7. Data Transfers
Where any of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an appropriate legal safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Changes to This Policy
As our website and service providers evolve — particularly ahead of our full store launch — we will update this policy and revise the date above. We encourage you to check back periodically.
